Last night, I had the privilege of talking to parents in the Brecksville and Broadview community about transitioning their 8th graders effectively into the 9th grade. We attempted to answer questions like:
1. What is a parents role?
2. How do we start giving freedom and responsibility to 9th graders?
3. How can I NOT be a helicopter parent, but still be involved.

For those of you who were there, here’s the presentation.
Feel free to interact with this.
