Thanks for checking out my blog. I was one of those youth pastors who was on staff before cell phones were common, before everyone had internet, and when people knew how to communicate face to face. Yes, in the youth ministry world, I’m a relic. My desire is to serve parents, youth pastors and students because there is nothing more important than investing in the next generation.
My undergrad degree is in youth ministry and Bible while my Master’s degree is in Christian Counseling. You’ll probably see how both of those degrees influence my blog as you spend time reading it. I hope it’s an encouragement to you. If you’re a youth pastor, I especially appreciate you checking this out. I hope that in some way, my words will be an encouragement to you. You’ve got one of the hardest jobs in the world.
Most recently, I’ve been serving at Cuyahoga Valley Church in the Cleveland, Ohio area since 2005. http://www.cvconline.org
I love our interns who serve with us year round for college credit. http://www.theinternship.org
I love our students. http://www.myimpact.us
I especially love my wife and daughter, but they don’t have a site.
